Positive psychology is the scientific study of the strengths and virtues that enable individuals and communities to thrive. You've heard of positive psychology, but how do you actually incorporate it into your practice and apply it to help your clients flourish?

Join us for this webinar series taught by two leaders in applied positive psychology, Louisa Jewell, MAPP and Shannon Polly, MAPP.  This interactive series is recommended both for those new to positive psychology and experts.  You will learn how to help your clients:
  • increase psychological resilience
  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • increase positive energy
  • learn healthier thought processes
  • improve psychological well-being and happiness

As you learn how to help your clients achieve all of these benefits, you increase your own well-being and happiness too! Your workshop facilitators have been applying these tools with clients for years now and will share hundreds of tools, strategies, resources and exercises with step-by-step instructions.  Everyone who signs up for the series will get a free workbook!  Don't miss this fantastic value!

Here's what people are saying about this webinar series:

"Thank you again for another great webinar. You and Shannon are both so engaging.  It is rare in a webinar to actually feel that we are all in the room together.  Somehow you both pull it off with your deep knowledge, warmth and energy.   Your sessions offer a lot of value.  The content is clear and compelling, and the exercises are highly relevant and immediately useful.   I'm really enjoying taking the time to immerse myself in this more fully.  I have taken webinar courses from other organizations and they could learn a thing or two from you and Shannon about effective webinars! You are doing important work. Nicely done."
Carolyn Meacher
Innovation Leadership Coach

“I just want to let you know that these webinars were really powerful in my personal and professional life. Thank you very much. It was a great and wonderful experience.”
Clara Parra

"I wanted to let you know that I am absolutely loving your workshop.  The exercises will be so useful to my work.  And, even though I have just recently taken the VIA course through Ryan, it is helpful to hear another perspective."
Mary Beth Schappe
Scouting for Joy, LLC

"It now gives another dimension in that there is scientific evidence to support optimism particularly for coaches who coach clients who are at a very low period in their lives whether it be job loss, low satisfaction with their jobs or experiencing difficulty with the next step in their career development."
Webinar Participant

"The evidence for a strength-based approach to career development and coaching is useful. It is not just a matter of it making sense intuitively."
